Mercure Istanbul Umraniye

We loved this place! The location is superb, in the heart of a business district and very easy to access by ferry. The service is excellent, from room service to housekeeping, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, and Turkish bath. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

Great location in the business area with easy access to taxis and the nearby airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

Limited options for lunch and dinner, but we found some great local kebab joints nearby.

Great location near family, excellent service, helpful staff , daily cleaning and towel replacement, good safety measures, convenient public transport access.

Wonderful place, reasonable price, excellent breakfast, varied and tasty dishes for lunch/dinner. Modern property with wellness/spa, free parking. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful, treated like family.

The room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom was excellent, with a large shower and plenty of amenities. We also enjoyed the use of the indoor pool, steam room, and sauna, a relaxing addition to our trip.

One major downside was the lack of English-speaking staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the furniture was well maintained. The panoramic windows gave us a beautiful view, and the comfort chair was perfect for working. The hotel facilities were great, with a spa area and pool that we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use. The staff was amazing, especially Rabia, Hümeyra, and Tugba from room service, who treated us like family. The free parking was a major plus, as we were using a rental car. The location in the Umraniye area, surrounded by office buildings, was convenient and made us feel connected to the city.

The room was always clean and tidy, making our stay more fun. The breakfast provided was also delicious and diverse, offering a great start to our day. I had a fantastic experience at Mercure and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

The breakfast was good, with a variety of options including delicious Norwegian bread and salmon. The hotel facilities were clean and in good condition. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train platforms, making it easy to access transportation to outlying areas. The staff were friendly and attentive.
