We loved this place! The location is superb, in the heart of a business district and very easy to access by ferry. The service is excellent, from room service to housekeeping, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, and Turkish bath. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

Great location in the business area with easy access to taxis and the nearby airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.
Limited options for lunch and dinner, but we found some great local kebab joints nearby.

The room we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the bathroom was excellent, with a large shower and plenty of amenities. We also enjoyed the use of the indoor pool, steam room, and sauna, which were a relaxing addition to our trip.
One major downside was the lack of English-speaking staff. We found it frustrating to communicate our needs and often had to explain simple things multiple times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the furniture was well maintained. The panoramic windows gave us a beautiful view, and the comfort chair was perfect for working. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spa area and pool that we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use. The staff was amazing, especially Rabia, Hümeyra, and Tugba from room service, who treated us like family. The free parking was a major plus, as we were using a rental car. The location in the Umraniye area, surrounded by office buildings, was convenient and made us feel connected to the city.
